From May to July 2021, with the last batch of SIMAND team completing the Hangzhou-Moganshan expansion activity, the 2021 annual SIMAND staff team building that lasted for more than a month came to a successful conclusion.
The annual employee team building is an important part of SIMAND's corporate culture construction. As the epidemic eased, the management department carefully prepared a two-day itinerary from West Lake to Song City to Moganshan and properly arranged for nearly four hundred SIMAND employees to go to Zhejiang in batches to participate in the activities.
On the first day, the SIMAND people came to the West Lake, where they took boat trips, crossed bridges, climbed towers, admired green trees and flowers, played with squirrels and birds, and interacted with nature to relax. The fatigue from daily work was swept away.
On the second day, SIMAND people came to the Moganshan Outdoor Expansion Base, where, under the guidance of the trainers, they completed ice-breaking games, group dances, and other team-building activities, and hundreds of SIMAND people jointly completed a giant color painting of the company's corporate culture.
Each batch of team building ended smoothly amid everyone's laughter and laughter. Although it was only two days, the beautiful scenery and the fun of team building will remain in our memories for a long time. We hope that in the days to come, in the workshop, in front of the office desk... in the gaps of work, every time we remember the happy journey in Zhejiang, everyone can smile knowingly.
 The activity cleverly integrates sightseeing tours, team building, and corporate culture education, organizing a trip for employees to relax, get close to nature, and do outdoor sports, and at the same time allows everyone to receive a fun company culture education. This has greatly contributed to enhancing team cohesion, enhancing company pride, and collective honor.
